EMPIRE CAPITAL CORP. (TSX-V: EPM.P) (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it will grant 335,000 stock options to directors and officers of the Company with an exercise price of $0.22 per common share for up to five years. The options have been granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's 10% rolling Stock Option Plan and the Policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
