IGNACIO ROSADO RESIGNS AS DIRECTOR

Vancouver, B.C. October 8, 2010 – Zincore Metals Inc. (TSX and BVL: ZNC) (“Zincore” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Ignacio Rosado has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company effective immediately, to devote more of his efforts to his role as Deputy-CEO of Volcan Minera S.A.A., one of Peru’s largest mining companies.

The entire Zincore team thanks Ignacio for his invaluable contributions and wishes him the best in all his future endeavors.
