announces that, further to its news release of August 14, 2018, the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has approved amendments
to the terms of 1,250,000 common share purchase warrants at exercise price of $0.50 per common share
(the "2016 Warrants")
as follows:
- the expiry date has been extended to February 25, 2020
The 2016 Warrants were originally issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement closed on May 25, 2016.
The above amendment was approved by TSX on September 4, 2018.
