VANCOUVER, CANADA – Von Capital Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV: VON.P) announces that it

has granted a total of 500,000 incentive stock options to its directors, which are exercisable for a period of

five years from the date of grant at an e xercise price of $0. 21 per common share in the capital of the

Company (the “Options”). The Options vested immediately upon issuance.
