Ximen Purchases Additional Mineral Claims

Vancouver, B.C. - (August 04, 2017 - TSX-V: XIM) Ximen Mining Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to

announce that it has entered into a purchase and sale agreement dated July 17, 2017, with an arm's -length

vendor. Pursuant to the agreement, such vendor agreed to sell and the Company agreed to purchase three

mineral tenure claims situated near Greenwood, B.C. In consideration for the sale of the property, the

company agreed to issue an aggregate of 400,000 common shares to such vendor.

The Agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
