ELM TREE COMPLETES SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Vancouver, B.C. - (July 3, 2013 - TSX-V: ETM) Elm Tree Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or “Elm Tree”) announces that is has finalized its consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital such that every five (5) existing shares are consolidated into one (1) new share effective July 4, 2013. The share consolidation received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance on July 3, 2013.

The shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis on July 4, 2013. There is no name change in connection with the consolidation and the Company will retain its existing trading symbol: TSX-V:ETM. Following the consolidation, the Company will have a total of 2,607,830 shares issued and outstanding.

Management of the Company believes that the consolidation of its share capital will better position the Company to raise the funds it requires to finance its ongoing business activities including the acquisition of additional resources.
