Elm Tree Announces Results of AGM

Vancouver, B.C. - (Dec, 18 2012 - TSX-V: ETM) Elm Tree Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or “Elm Tree”) is pleased to announce the re-election of Douglas Eacrett, Glen Watson and Gary Clark as Directors of the Company at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on December 17, 2012. All the resolutions put forward in the Proxy were passed by shareholders, including the ratification of the Company's stock option plan described in the Company's information circular available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. Also during the meeting, John Curle and Patrick Forseille were nominated to join the board to increase the directorships to five. The new appointments are subject to TSX approval.
