WILDSKY RESOURCES INC. APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Wildsky Resources Inc. (the “Company”) ( TSXV: WSK) hereby announces that Mr. Duo

Zhang has been appointed to the Company’s board of directors effective immediately. Mr.

Zhang, a graduate of Xi’an Jia otong University in China with a Bachelor of Architecture, has

extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate project management . Mr.

Zhang’s appointment remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
