CHINA MINERALS NAME CHANGE EFFECTIVE AUGUST 24,

2018

China Minerals Mining Corporation (“China Minerals” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: CMV,

US: HWTHF) announces that, further to its news release dated August 16, 2018, the

Company is changing its corporate name to “Wildsky Resources Inc.”. Concurrent with the

name change, the Company will adopt “WSK” as the ne w trading symbol for its common

shares. The name change shall be effective on August 24, 2018.
