WALKER GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Vancouver, B.C. February 5, 2019 - Walker River Resources Corp. (“Walker” or the “Company”)

(TSX-V: “WRR”) announces it is granting 1,000,000 incentive stock options to certain officers, directors,

consultants, and employees of the Company to purchase up to a total of 1,000,000 common shares of the

Company at a price of $0.11 per common share for a period of five years.

The stock options are subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and approval of the TSX

Venture Exchange.
