WHARTON TO REPLACE SMYTH AS PRESIDENT AND CEO

DV Resources Inc. (“Company”) wishes to announce that Clinton Smyth has submitted his resignation as a director, President and CEO of the Company effective June 30, 2016. Thomas Wharton, a director of the Company, is being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective June 30, 2016.

Mr. Smyth has acted as the Company’s director, President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2010. The Board of Directors of the Company expresses its thanks to Mr. Smyth for his services to the Company for the more than six years.
