DV RESOURCES DECLARES ONE-TIME DIVIDEND

DV Resources Inc. (“Company”) will pay a one-time dividend of $0.025 per share on each of the Company’s 29,908,466 issued voting common shares.

The Record Date set for the dividend declaration is Tuesday, December 18, 2012.

The Company’s shares will commence trading “ex dividend” at the opening of trading on Friday, December 14, 2012.
