DV RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF NAME AND CONTINUATION TO BC

Vancouver, British Columbia, DV Resources Ltd. (“DV” or the “Company”) (TSXV – DLV.H) is pleased to

announce that pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders June 5, 2017, the Company is changing

its name to DLV Resources Ltd., continuing its jurisdiction of incorporation to BC, and adopting more

current articles, effective Monday, November 27, 2017. The Company’s common shares will continue to

trade under its current symbol, “DLV.H”.
