DOLLY VARDEN NOT INVOLVED IN AMALGAMATION

Dolly Varden Resources Inc. (“Company”) wishes to make clear it is not a party to an amalgamation letter of agreement between Twin Glacier Resources Ltd. and Dolly Varden Silver Ltd.

A News Release announcing the amalgamation letter agreement was, by at least one disseminator of the Release, inaccurately entitled to include the name of Dolly Varden Resources Inc.
