Western Metallica Announces Debt Settlement
TORONTO, Ontario – August 15, 2025 – Western Metallica Resources Corp. (TSXV: WMS)
(“Western Metallica ” or the “ Company”) announces that it has entered into debt settlement
agreements with three bona fide creditors of the Company, resulting in the extinguishment of an
aggregate of $300,000 in outstanding indebtedness (the “Debt Settlement”) through the issuance
of 6,000,000 common shares (each, a “ Share”) of the Company at a deemed price of $0 .05 per
Share.
The Debt Settlement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) approval. The Shares will be
subject to a statutory hold period expiring on the date that is four months and one day after the
closing of the Debt Settlement.
