Resignation

Calgary, May 29, 2023 – Whitemud Resources Inc. (“Whitemud” or the “Company”) (TSXV – “WMK”)

announces that Al Kroontje has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and has advised that

he will not stand for election at the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Company to be held on

May 31, 2023.

during his tenure.
