Calgary, March 13, 2017 – Whitemud Resources Inc. (“Whitemud” and the “Company”) (NEX –

“WMK.H”) announces that Mr. Randall Findlay has tendered his resignation as a Director

effective December 31, 2016. Whitemud thanks Mr. Findlay for his service to the Company and

wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Whitemud is a Canadian-based corporation holding mineral rights to exploit a large kaolin deposit

in southern Saskatchewan, together with a processing facility located on the property.
