WESTMOUNT MOBILIZES EXPLORATION TEAM TO KABA LITHIUM PROPERTY

Vancouver, British Columbia, July 13, 2023: Westmount Minerals Corp. ("Westmount" or the "Company")

(CSE: WMC) is pleased to announce it has mobilized an exploration team to the Kaba Lithium Property (the

“Property”) in Northwestern Ontario. The team has commenced reconnaissance mapping and sampling and

has confirmed multiple pegmatite outcroppings and lithium mineral indicators.

Pegmatite outcropping from the Kaba Lithium Property

The well -known Georgia Lake Li thium-pegmatite field is located just west of the Property . Within the

pegmatite field, Rock Tech Lithium Inc. has completed a Pre-Feasibility Study (NR-November 16, 2022) stating

its Georgia Lake property has 10.6 million tonnes (mt) of Indicated Mineral Resources grading 0.88% Li2O and

4.22 mt of Inferred Mineral Resources at a grade of 1% Li 2O (NR- March 7, 2023). Other companies with

lithium mineralization prospects include Imagine Lithium Inc. and Ultra Lithium Inc. (Map 1)

confirming the presence of multiple pegmatite outcropping s as well as lithium indicator minerals as

reported in historical government reports. Early indications are validating the potential we see for the Kaba

Property. While there is significant work to be done, initial exploration is encouraging and underscores its

strategic location in the Georgia Lake pegmatite area.”

Qualified Person

The technical content of this news release has been reviewed and approved by Mike Kilbourne, P.Geo., who

is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

The QP and the Company h ave not completed sufficient work to verify the historic information on the

Properties, particularly regarding historical exploration, neighbouring companies, and government geological

work.
