Toronto, Ontario – May 12, 2025 – Wallbridge Mining Company Limited (TSX: WM, OTCQB:
WLBMF) (“Wallbridge” or the “Company”) announces that its Annual and Special Meeting (the
“Meeting”) will be held via live webcast at: https://virtual-meetings.tsxtrust.com/en/1740/ on June
12, 2025 at the hour of 4:30 p.m. (Eastern time). The password for the live webcast is

Investor Relations
On March 27 , 2025, the Company reported an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment
(“PEA”) on its 100% -owned Fenelon gold project (“ Fenelon” or the “ Project”) located in the
Abitibi Greenstone Belt, along the Detour-Fenelon Gold Trend, Quebec. The Wallbridge team has
been communicating the results of this study to existing shareholders and stakeholders and plans
to continue to do so with a robust marketing schedule over the next few months.
