Wolfden Announces Grant of Options
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO, May 4, 2023 – Wolfden Resources Corporation (WLF.V) (the "Company" or "Wolfden")
announces that it has granted a total of 2,480,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain
directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan. Such options have an
exercise price of $0. 21 per common share and expire on May 3, 2028. The gra nt relates in part to the Company’s
annual review of compensation . The options have been priced at a premium to the current share price and equal to
the share issuance price of the December 2022 private placement financing.
