Wolfden Announces Grant of Options

February 5, 2021 – Wolfden Resources Corporation (WLF.V) (the "Company" or "Wolfden") announces that it has

granted a total of 1,750,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers, employees

and consultants pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan. Such options have an exercise price of $0.3 2 per

common share and expire on February 4 , 202 6. The grant relates in part to the Company’s annual review of

compensation and notes that the last meaningful grant of options was in 2018.
