Issuer Enters Into Service Agreement with Walk the Street Capital
EARTHWISE ANNOUNCES NEW SERVICE AGREEMENT
February 9, 2024 – VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – Earthwise Minerals Corp. (CSE: WISE; FSE:966)
(“Earthwise” or the “ Company”) has entered into an agreement with Walk the Street Capital (“ WTS Capital”),
pursuant to which WTS Capital will provide the Company with marketing services for an aggregate of CDN $16,500.
WTS Capital will conduct ongoing digital analytics for website and social media channels and develop and execute
ad strategies tailored to the Company’s goals. In addition, the Company will grant WTS Capital 400,000 options
with a five (5) year expiry date.
Earthwise has the option to extend the contract for additional terms as mutually agreed upon between the parties.
