HAWKMOON ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES
March 28, 2023 – VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – Hawkmoon Resources Corp. (CSE:HM;; FSE:966)
(“Hawkmoon” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has appointed Patrick
Morris as a director and as Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary and Jasmine Cherian as Chief
Financial Officer.
Mr. Morris is a seasoned entrepreneur and capital markets expert with two decades of experience
successfully raising funds for microcap companies across diverse industries. His expertise spans
pharmaceutical cannabis, resource exploration, blockchain technologies, finance and innovative
businesses dedicated to the future of food. As C EO and Director of Eat Beyond Global Holdings Inc.,
Canada’s pioneering publicly traded investment issuer focused exclusively on investing in the future of
food, Mr. Morris demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills and market acumen. Additionally, Mr .

cementing his reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable authority in the investment world.
Ms. Cherian is an accounting and business administration professional who holds a bachelor’s degree in
business administration from the University of Calicut and an advanced diploma in accounting from BCIT.
Hawkmoon also announces the resignations of Branden Haynes as Director, Chief Executive Officer and
Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 27, 2023, and Hugh Oswald as a director, effective
March 22, 2023. Mr. Haynes had taken on the role of interim CFO on February 22, 2023, when he replaced
Geoff Balderson in the role. The Company wishes to thank M essrs. Haynes and Oswald for their
contributions to the Company.
