Warrant Amendment

The Company also announces that it intends to extend the expiry date of an aggregate of 375,000

previously issued common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) for an additional 12 months (the “Amendment”). The

Warrants were originally issued in connection with the acquisition by the Company of the QV Gold Project from Comstock

Metals Ltd in 2019 and are exercisable at a price of $1.50 per share (see Company news release dated March 1, 2019). Under

the terms of the Amendment, the expiry date of the Warrants will be extended to February 28, 2023. The Amendment remains

subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company owns a portfolio of 21,111 quartz claims across 31 properties covering over 420,000 hectares representing over

40% of the Yukon’s emerging White Gold District. The Company’s flagship White Gold property hosts the Company’s Golden

Saddle and Arc deposits which have a mineral resource of 1,139,900 ounces Indicated at 2.28 g/t Au and 402,100 ounces

Inferred at 1.39 g/t Au(1). Mineralization on the Golden Saddle and Arc is also known to extend beyond the limits of the current
