NORDIQUE ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL OF SHARE SPLIT
VANCOUVER, CANADA, April 14, 2025 – Nordique Resources Inc. ("Nordique" or the "Company") (CSE: NORD) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated February 26, 2025, shareholders approved the previously announced share split (the "Share Split") of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares at the Special Meeting of Shareholders held on April 10, 2025.
The Share Split will be conducted on a two (2) for one (1) basis. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 21, 2025 (the "Record Date") will receive one (1) additional common share for each common share held on that date.
The Company currently has 17,308,624 common shares issued and outstanding and will have approximately 35,617,248 common shares outstanding following the Share Split.
No action is required by shareholders with respect to the Share Split. In accordance with CSE policy, the Share Split is being conducted on a “push-out” basis, and therefore the Company’s CUSIP and ISIN numbers will remain unchanged. The Company’s transfer agent, Endeavor Trust Corporation, will deliver to shareholders of record a Direct Registration System (DRS) advice letter in lieu of a share certificate, representing the additional shares issued under the Share Split.
The Company’s common shares will commence trading on a post-split basis at the opening of business on April 21, 2025, under the existing trading symbol “NORD”. The CSE will issue a bulletin confirming the Share Split and the effective date of trading in due course.
