IM Exploration Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Toronto, Ontario, October 1, 2019 – IM Exploration Inc. (CSE: IM) (the "Company”) is pleased

to announce that, further to its press release dated August 30, 2019, it has formally appointed

Robert Harrison as its new Chief Financial Officer and Corporat e Secretary, effective October 1,

2019.

Pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, the Company has granted 50,0 00 incentive stock options

(“Options”) to Mr. Harrison at an exercise price of $0.09 each. The Options have a term of five

years and vest immediately.
