Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options
TORONTO, May 03, 2018 -- Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. (“Crystal Peak” or the “Company”) (TSXV:CPM)
(OTCQX:CPMMF) announced today that it has granted options to purchase common shares of the Company to a director in
the amount of 250,000 options. All options vest on June 21, 2018 and are exercisable over a period of two years at a price of
$0.41 per common share. The options are granted in accordance with an existing agreement and pursuant to the Company's
stock option plan, which was reapproved by shareholders at an annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 20,
2017.
