Crystal Peak Announces Issuance of Shares as Interest Payment Pursuant to

Convertible Loan Agreement With EMR

TORONTO, March 29, 2019 -- Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. (Crystal Peak or the Company) (TSXV: CPM, OTCQX: CPMMF)

announced that it has issued 4,275,581 common shares in the capital of the Company ( Common Shares) at a deemed value

of C$0.185 per Common Share to settle an interest payment pursuant to the 2018 convertible loan agreement with EMR

Capital Investment (No. 5B) Pte. Ltd., an affiliate of EMR Capital Resources Fund 1, LP, its largest shareholder.
