Midasco Changes Transfer Agent

Vancouver, B.C. – The Company (Midasco Capital Corp. – TSX-V Symbol MGC.H) wishes to announce

that it has terminated its contract with Computershare and has engaged Odyssey Trust Company to act as the

transfer agent for Midasco, effective June 2nd, 2025.
