VIZSLA ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia (May 28, 2019) – Vizsla Resources Corp. (TSX-V: VZLA)
(“Vizsla” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that its non-brokered private placement (the
“Private Placement”), as previously announced on May 15, 2019, has been increased. Due to
increased investor demand, the Company now intends to issue 10,000,000 common shares at a
price of $0.15 per share and may increase the size of the Private Placement by a further 33%.
The Private Placement is subject to regulatory approval. All securities to be issued pursuant to the
Private Placement are subject to a four-month hold period under applicable Canadian securities
laws.
Net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for corporate development and general
working capital purposes.
A finders’ fee in cash and securities will be payable with respect to the Private Placement.
