Vulcan Minerals Reports Voting Results from the
Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders
St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, December 0 2, 2021 – Vulcan Minerals Inc. (the
“Company” or “Vulcan” - TSXV: VUL) announces that all resolutions presented at the
December 01, 2021 annual general and special meeting of shareholders were approved including
the election of directors. The Company thanks its shareholders and their intermediaries for their
support and assistance. Detailed results of the election of directors and meeting resolutions are
shown in the table below.
