Vulcan Minerals Inc. – Grants Stock Options
St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador - Vulcan Minerals Inc. (“the Company” -
“Vulcan” TSX -V: VUL) announces that it has granted 1,800,000 Directors ’ stock
options exercisable at $0. 30 for a period of ten years and 300,000 employee and
consultant stock options exercisable at $0.30 for a period of 5 years. Fifty percent
of the options vest immediately and 50% vest on December 31 , 202 2. The
Company has reserved 11,096,777 listed shares for issuance under its stock option
plan, of which 7,375,000 options have been issued prior to the current issue.
