VIZSLA ROYALTIES PROVIDES A REMINDER REGARDING EXPIRY OF WARRANTS

Vancouver, British Columbia (November 27, 2024) – Vizsla Royalties Corp. (TSX-V: VROY) (“Vizsla

Royalties” or the “Company”) wishes to remind holders of outstanding common share purchase warrants

(the “Warrants”) issued on June 24, 2024, that the Warrants will expire at 5:00 p.m. Vancouver time on

Friday, December 20, 2024.

As of November 24, 2024, there were 6,670,406 Warrants outstanding. Each Warrant entitles its holder

to purchase one (1) common share of Vizsla Royalties at an exercise price of C$0.50 per share.

Any Warrants not exercised prior to 5:00 p.m. Vancouver time on December 20, 2024, will expire and

become void, and the holder will no longer be able to exercise such voided Warrants.

The Warrants, which are publicly listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “VROY.WT”, will

be delisted at the close of business on December 20, 2024.

Holders of Warrants who wish to exercise their Warrants, should follow the instructions contained in the

warrant indenture dated June 24, 2024 between the Company and Computershare Trust Company of

Canada (the “Warrant Agent”) and must send the required documentation, including duly completed

exercise forms, to the Company and to the Warrant Agent by mail or physical delivery at Computershare

Trust Company of Canada c/o General Manager, Corporate Trust at 3rd Floor, 510 Burrard Street,

Vancouver, BC V6C 3B9.
