ecember 7, 2018 - Vancouver, British Columbia – VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. (TSX -V: VRB)

(the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the British Columbia Securities Commission, as principal

regulator, has revoked a cease trade order previously issued on June 11, 2018 (the “CTO”).

e CTO was issued for failure to file a technical report completed in accordance with National

Instrument 43 -101. A technical report has now been filed and is available for review under the

Company’s profile at www.sedar.com.

The Company also intends to apply to the TSX Venture Exchange for reinstatement of trading of the

Company’s common shares.
