VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – May 12, 2017 – VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. (TSX-V: “VRB”)

(the "Company") has amended the closing balance of the SEDI insider, Adriaan Bakker from a closing

balance discrepancy resulting from the former manag ement of the Company. The Company

transitioned the entire management team in 2013 and immediately implemented the highest level of

corporate governance in accordance with TSX guideli nes. The current and correct closing balance of

common shares belonging to Adriaan Bakker is 1,563,000. The related transactions available on SEDI

(www.sedi.ca ) reflect the consistent purchase of shares by the CEO before and after leading the
