Wikileaf Announces Cancellation of Stock Options
SEATTLE, October 28, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Wikileaf Technologies Inc. (CSE: WIKI) (“Wikileaf” or the “Company”) announces that it has cancelled an aggregate of 2,943,755 options to acquire common shares which were granted under the Company’s share compensation plan to an officer of the Company. The cancelled options were voluntarily surrendered by the officer.
The cancelled options were originally granted May 2019 with an exercise price of $0.50 per common share and had an expiry date of May 2029.
