Yellowknife greenstone belt 25km southwest of the historic high grade Discovery Mine.
The Archean aged belt stretching over 100 kilometres from Yellowknife north to the past producing
Discovery Mine has been host to some of Canada’s largest gold mining operations including the Giant and
Con mines which combined produced over 14 million ounces of gold over a 70 year period. To The North
and contiguous to Norse Gold’s Viking Project is Goldmining Inc’s Yellowknife Gold Project which hosts
the aforementioned high grade Discovery Mine which notably produced 1 million ounces of gold from one
million tonnes of ore over a 20 year period. 38 kilometres to the south of the Viking project along the belt,
Sixty North Gold Mining Inc. is reactivating the high grade Mon Mine. Fully permitted for production of
100 tonnes per day, the company is presently extracting a bulk sample from the high grade A and DD zones
in underground workings where historic mining produced 15,000 ounces of gold from 15,000 tonnes of ore.
With all time high gold prices spur ring renewed worldwide interest in gold mining, Norse Gold’s Viking
Project is uniquely positioned in the Yellowknife greenstone belt within one of Canada’s most prolific but
still very underdeveloped gold mining districts.

About the Company
Norse Gold's main asset is its 100% interest in the 3,231-hectare Morris Lake Property, consisting of seven
contiguous claims and three leases, 75 km north of Yellowknife . Gold on the property was discovered in
1945. Work conducted at the Viking zone included underground test work and diamond drilling. The
Property saw additional drilling during the late 1980 's and again during the period 2005 to 2008 when
Viking Gold Exploration Inc. held the claims. Other gold zones have been located on the property, such as
at the Greenlee and Lucky Lake occurrences. Each of these received initial drill testing in the 1940 's and
visible gold was reported in some of the drill holes. The geological model for the gold mineralization is that
of an Archean lode gold deposit consisting of gold-bearing shoots within a shear-vein system.
