Management Update

- John Kanderka Becomes Acting CEO -

Wednesday June 27th, 2018 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Galileo Exploration Ltd. (the

“Company” or “Galileo”) (TSX-V: GXL) announces that Ronald A. Rieder has resigned as

President, CEO and a Director of the Company. Galileo’s Board of Directors would like to thank

Mr. Rieder for his efforts and wish him well in his future endeavors.

Director John Kanderka will assume the role of Acting CEO of the Company. The other

Directors are pleased that Mr. Kanderka has agreed to take a management role and will help the

Company pursue new opportunities.
