Galileo Exploration Ltd. (TSX -V: “GXL”) (the " Company") announces that subject to approval

of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Company has extended the period to December 11, 2017

during which the final tranche of the private plac ement announced on September 28,

October 2, 2017 and October 11, 2017 is required to close.
