Vista Gold Publishes 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance Report

Denver, Colorado, March 6, 2025 – Vista Gold Corp. ( NYSE American and TSX: VGZ) announced today the

publication of its 2024 E nvironmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") Report. The ESG Report provides

transparency and outlines progress on the Company’s ESG performance in 2024. It also defines the Company’s ESG

goals and key initiatives for the coming year.
