Volcanic proposes debt settlement
March 4, 2019 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Volcanic Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: VG) announces that in
order to preserve the Company’s current cash position, management proposes to issue up to 4,000,000
common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share to settle up to $200,000 owing to creditors.
The completion of the debt settlement is subject to stock exchange approval.
