Vancouver, February 19, 2010 – Volcanic Metals Corp. is pleased to announce that it changed its name from Volcanic Capital Corp. to Volcanic Metals Corp. on February 19, 2010.

The Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the same stock symbol “VOL” at the opening of the market on February 19, 2010.

The Company’s new CUSIP number is 92863Q 10 5.
