VOLCANIC COMPLETES SHARE CONSOLIDATION

May 3, 2013, Vancouver – Volcanic Metals Corp. (TSX.V: VOL) (the "Company") announces that it has completed the consolidation of its common shares on a ten (10) old for one (1) new basis. Trading of the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on a post-consolidated basis will begin at the open of the market on Monday, May 6, 2013. The Company will issue new share certificates under a new CUSIP number, 92863Q204.
