VOLCANIC ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGES

January 24, 2014 – Vancouver, BC, Canada. - Volcanic Metals Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: VOL) announces the appointment of Scott Ackerman as a director of the Company.

The Company also announces that Larry Yopyk has stepped down as a director and John LaGourgue has stepped down as a director and officer of the Company. Mike Iverson, director and president of the Company, commented: "We wish to thank Larry and John for their contributions to the Company and wish them well in their future endeavors."
