Board Appointment and Stock Options

September 21, 2010 – Vancouver, BC, Canada. Volcanic Metals Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Larry Yopyk to its Board of Directors. The Company further reports that it has granted an aggregate of 370,000 options to directors and consultants of the Company pursuant to its Stock Option Plan. The options will be exercisable at a price of $0.16 per share for a period of 5 years.
