CAVAN RECEIVES REVOCATION ORDER

April 27, 2017, Vancouver, BC - CAVAN VENTURES INC. ("Cavan" or the "Company") (CVN.V

- TSXV) is pleased to announced that it has received a revocation order with respect to the

cease trade orders issued by the British Columbia Securities Commissions in July 2015, and the

reciprocal cease trade order issued by the Al berta Securities Commission has similarly been

revoked.

Cavan has now filed all outstanding annual audited and interim unaudited financial statements

and related MD&A and certifications in British Columbia and Alberta. The financial disclosure,
