Cavan Completes Consolidation

February 7, 2017, VANCOUVER, BC - Cavan Ventures Inc. (TSX -V: CVN)("Cavan" or the

"Company") is pleased announced that effective February 7 , 201 7 at market open, the

Company will consolidate its common shares on the basis of one (1) post -consolidation

common share for every five (5) pre-consolidation common shares.

The Company will have a total of approximately 14,788,165 post-consolidation common shares

issued and outstanding.

The consolidation was approved by the shareholders of the Company and has been approved

by the TSX Venture Exchange.
