Vatic Ventures Corp. Terminates Agreement to Acquire Oil and Gas Company

Vancouver, BC, June 15, 2015 - Vatic Ventures Corp (the "Company" or "Vatic") (TSX-V: VCV and Frankfurt: V8V) Vatic Ventures Corp. announces that by mutual agreement with the vendors of Italmin Exploration SRL (“Italmin”), the proposed acquisition of Italmin previously announced in a news release on April 9, 2015, has been terminated as a result of financial difficulties experienced by a third party company that has a working interest in the oil and gas wells owned by Italmin. As a result of the difficulties experienced by the working interest holder the 20% carried interest of Italmin became financially less attractive than had been originally anticipated. Management of Vatic is reviewing other opportunities for the Company.
