Vatic Ventures Corp. Announces Move to NEX

Vancouver, BC, August 17, 2015 - Vatic Ventures Corp. (the "Company" or "Vatic") (TSX-V: VCV and Frankfurt: V8V) announces that effective at the opening on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, the Company’s listing will transfer to NEX, the Company’s Tier classification will change from Tier 2 to NEX, and the Filing and Service Office will change from Vancouver to NEX. The trading symbol for the Company will change from VCV to VCV.H.

Further, the Cease Trade Order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission to the Company dated July 8, 2015.
