received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the Option Agreement signed with

Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. ("

Trailbreaker

") that was previously announced on

June 12

, 2023. The

Company has issued 150,000 shares in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the shares

are subject to the statutory four-month plus one-day hold period.
